![]() Toronto Toronto is a city of neighbourhoods. Designated by the United Nations as the most multicultural city in the world, Toronto’s districts are a mosaic of what the world has to offer. Corso Italia, Greektown, Little India, Korea Town, Chinatown – each one offers a unique ambience, a unique corner in a unique city. As a result, Toronto’s cultural life is also second to none. Not only does every corner of the city feature a wide array of tasty restaurants and exciting clubs, but there are also a number of museums and cultural centres, including the Royal Ontario Museum (Canada’s largest), the Art Gallery of Ontario (home to over 15,000 paintings), and Toronto’s Harbourfront Centre. There are also a huge number of world-class galas. A short list includes The Toronto International Film Festival (one of the most important film festivals in the world), Caribana (the largest Caribbean festival in North America), and Winterfest (an event designed to make one celebrate rather than hibernate during the cool months). Best of all, there’s more to Toronto than endless urban jungle. In fact, Toronto boasts huge swaths of green space. The waterfront, for example, is one of North America’s largest recreational waterfronts with a large system of parks and gardens, which offers hikers, joggers, and cyclists over 90 km of paved trails. Safe, clean, and fun, Toronto is a feast for the senses. ![]() Student Reviews
