The two-semester English as a Second Language program is designed to meet the needs of Canadian and international students whose first language is not English. At present, the college focuses on the intermediate level, from low to advanced. With more than 20 years of experience in teaching ESL, the college has a well-established reputation for delivering quality education in a caring and supportive environment. Each year, approximately 3,200 full time students enroll in over 50 different diploma programs, with another 7,000 people attending part-time. All of our diploma programs are approved by the provincial Ministry of Education and Training. In addition, we have a Summer School of Arts and Technology which attracts over 800 people from around the world during the month of July each year.
